Clayton Parker joined Magma in 2005. He oversees all legal matters and serves as the Corporate Secretary. Prior to Magma he held various positions at Avant! Corporation, including General Counsel, until it was acquired by Synopsys. From 1993 to 1998 Mr. Parker served as the Deputy Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for the Office of the United States’ Trade Representative. Mr. Parker holds a Juris Doctorate from the McGeorge School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University.
